Went down to downtown San Diego for the day to have a power lunch with Pastor Leon Benjamin of New Life Harvest Church and Kevin McGary, founder of Every Black Life Matters who are in San Diego for Turning Point USA Faith's Pastor Summit. This was the highlight of the event. Honestly, I'm not a Glenn Beck fan, per se — he's just not my cup of tea, though I did enjoy his show years ago on Fox and supported The Blaze in its first several years. But in this speech, Glenn talked about the things Charlie stood for: Christianity, attending church, respecting and loving the people you disagree with, and marriage and having LOTS of babies. All of those are near and dear to my heart too, so I really liked this speech.
